| The Youngstown YMCA appointed Homer L. Nearpass as its Educational Secretary, while also leasing the Bonnell mansion at 315 Wick Avenue to accommodate increased enrollment. Meanwhile, The Ohio State University declared that course credits earned at the Youngstown Institute of Technology would hold equal value to those garnered at OSU. |
