The Catalog Department is staffed by four classified personnel (LMTA II), the Assistant Catalog Library and the Systems/Catalog Librarian.

Performs routine copy cataloging of various materials. Adele works on the "orphan" bibliographic records--linking records that have not been barcoded |

Judy performs routine copy catlaoging of various materials. Judy also works with the majority of Goverment Documents that are in need of cataloging. Additionally, she works with the OCLC Bibliographic Notification Service. |

Jeffrey is responsible for the overal management of the Catalog Department. In addition to his cataloging responsibilities, he is responsible for the library automated systems. His cataloging expertise is in music cataloging, and authority control. In his spare time he spends writing visual basic scripts for assisting with authority control and database maintenance and is and active church musician. He received B.M degree from the Dana School of Music and his M.L.S. from Kent State University in 1987. |
| Jacque Truitt LMTA II |
Jacque performs copy cataloging. Her expertise is art books and the beginning process of cataloging thesis and dissertations. In addition, Jacque works with the authority control reports. |

Donna is our most senior staff person in the department. She has been with the Catalog Department since 1982. Her "historical knowledge" assist us in knowing how older processes worked we when find glitches in our cataloging. She works with many of the standing orders and performs the routine copy cataloging. Donna is currently working on linking the "orphan biblographic records". |

Kevin is our newest member of the Catalog Department. He recently received his M.L.I.S. from University of Western Ontario in 2001. Additionally, he has a background in Art (and is an active artist). Kevin performs complex copy and original cataloging in all formats and materials. He also performs the routine task of authority control. Additionally, he serves on the library's Web Committee. |
