The Educational Resource Information Center (ERIC) provides an index to educational literature from 1966 to the present. This index locates two types of resources: ERIC Documents (EDs) and ERIC Journal Articles (EJs). Current students, staff, and faculty of OhioLINK universities can access the complete ERIC Database on or off campus through the Research Databases. The general public may locate a limited number of resources through the ERIC Home Page. |
|
The ERIC number at the top of a record that begins with ED followed by six digits is an ERIC Document (ED). ERIC Documents can be books, research reports, speeches, studies, conference papers, curriculum, and teaching guides.
When using the OhioLINK
ERIC Database
click on "Find a Copy" to locate the document.

At the top of the ERIC record a number that begins with EJ followed by six digits indicates that this article is from a journal.
