Faculty, professional staff  may reserve the lab for class instruction by completing and submitting the form below. 

The computer lab is booked on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified via email, or telephone for confirmation of your reservation. Please submit your request at least one week in advance. 

Please note: If you experience any difficulties: a) sending this form, or b) if you have not received a confirmation email within 2 days after you submit the form, please send an email to dnberonja@ysu.edu or call Debra Beronja at 330-941-2739.
