| Fine, Fee and Notices |

Tel: 330-941-3678; 330-941-1721 Library patrons are responsible for knowing the Library's Fines Policies.
Failure to understand these policies will not excuse you from payment of late return
fines or for billed library material. Please refer to the Fines and Fees schedule below,
or consult with staff in circulation desk for fine or billing information.

| Damaged / Destroyed / Lost material | |
Damaged / Destroyed / Lost material - please be sure to inform library staff
if you feel that an item being checked out to you is damaged or fragile, so as not to be held responsible
for damaged item fees. Library patrons are responsible for all material checked out on their record.
The library cannot assume the loss of state property for items accidentally damaged, destroyed or lost
while in the possession of the borrower.
If you return the billed item, the lost item fee will be waived, but you will be held liable for the maximum fine and a billing fee. |

1. Pay in Person:
a) The Bursar's Office in the Administration Building. Weekdays, 8:30am - 4pm. The Bursar
accepts all forms of payment.
b) The Circulation desk, located on the main floor of the Maag library.
Make your payment in cash weekdays 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.,
or by check or money orders up until 15 minutes before closing.
Make your check payable to “Maag library.”
2. Mail-in a Check / money order (but not cash) to: Maag Library |
