Please use the form below to request a library instruction session, whether at Maag Library or in your classroom. We ask that you accompany your class to all sessions. Please give us at least a week’s advance notice of the class. Keep in mind that the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th weeks of the semester are the busiest for library instruction, so consider scheduling your library instruction later in the semester.

Please submit separate forms for each class. Once you submit this form, Rebecca Roberts will schedule the class or refer your request to the appropriate librarian. A librarian will then contact you to confirm the date and content of your session. If you have questions, please call the reference office at 330-941-3680. Thank you!
