If you are a member of faculty and/or professional staff, you reserve the library facilities for class instruction or group by completing and submitting the form below. Do not use this form to reserve the 4th floor instruction lab. Instead, us the Instruction Request Form.

The facility is booked on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified via email, or telephone for confirmation of your reservation. Please submit your request at least one week in advance.
