1. Before you can access MediaMark Reporter, you must have a YSU email account. If you use your AOL, Hotmail or other email account, you will not be able to access the data in MediaMark. If you have not set up your YSU email account, see Using the MyYSU Portal or visit the YSU Tech Desk on the fourth floor of Maag Library.
   
   
2. Next, you need to set up a MediaMark account. You do not have to be on the YSU campus to set up your MediaMark account. Go to the MRI+ Home Page and click on the Register for a FREE Account link.
   
   
3. Provide the information requested, including your YSU email adress, and select a password for your account. Instead of your personal address and phone number, you can use the following:

   Telephone: (330) 941-3686

4. Once you submit this form, you will receive an e-mail from MRI+ (this could take an hour or two). This email will contain a link to validate your MediaMark account. Once your account is validated, use your email address and the password you selected to access your account.
   
   
5. If you are having difficulty accessing MediaMark Reporter, check the following:
   
   
   • Are you using your YSU email account?
   • If you forgot your MediaMark password, use the link from the MRI+ Home Page to retrieve your password.
   • If you are using the correct email account and password, but are still unable to access the data, all of YSu's available spots may be in use. Wait 30 minutes and try again.
