Locating Articles

Search: Databases, Indexes and Abstracts

Use the resources listed below to find references to journal articles. Search by keyword or subject to find information on a topic.
Alternately, use a Subject Cluster Search to search several databases at one time. This type of search isn't as refined as other database searches, but will indicate which database would be a good candidate for further searching.
Journal articles may be available electronically or on the sixth floor of Maag Library. See Where to Start to Find Periodical Articles for an overview of how to find articles.

Browse or search: Electronic Journals

The Electronic Journal Center
- Browse electronic journals in the category Commerce and Management Subject areas.
- Search for articles using the Advanced Search Form for more options. See online help for more assistance.
The OhioLINK Electronic Journal Finder
- Browse or search the OhioLINK Electronic Journal Finder for a list of journals that may be available electronically in the Electronic Journal Center or other databases. For example, do a search like [keyword(s)] to find journals with those words in their titles.

Business Source Premier On-campus access Off campus access: Business Source Premier indexes over 3200 periodicals and contains full text for over 2700 scholarly journals and business periodicals covering management, economics, finance, accounting, international business, etc. Business Source Premier contains full text from the world's top management and marketing journals and also includes many leading journals in the areas of economics, finance, and accounting, as well as country economic reports. Business and Industry: Business and Industry is a multi-industry business database with a strong global focus on company, product and industry information. B&I indexes more than 1,000 of the world’s most authoritative business publications, including trade and business journals, industry newsletters, and a broad collection of regional, national and international newspapers. Mergent Online On-campus access Off campus access: Mergent Online provides business information, including financial reports, company news and securities data. Mergent Online contains company data and annual reports for both U.S. and international companies. Academic Search Premier On-campus access Off campus access: Academic Search Premier is the world’s largest scholarly, multi-discipline, full text database designed specifically for academic institutions.
